Corn Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen corn kernels, thawed
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. herb stuffing
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in baking dish set into a pan containing about one-inch of water.
    Bake 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Test for doneness by inserting knife in center of casserole.
    Corn is done when knife comes out clean and uncoated. Serves 4.
