Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    2 cans pinto or kidney beans
    3 c. tomato juice
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    2 onions
    1 can beef stock
    2 medium garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook onions and garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
    In a large pot over medium heat, cook beef and turkey until meat is evenly crumbled and has lost all pink color.
    Drain well.
    Add all other ingredients and stir for several minutes.
    Cover pot and cook on medium for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring often.
