Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. low sodium chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (16 oz.) can unsalted tomatoes
    2 c. pkg. cut okra
    1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. white rice, uncooked
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken
Preparation
    Heat broth to boiling.
    Add all vegetables, seasonings, rice and chicken.
    Cover and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes until rice and vegetables are tender.
