Hollandaise Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. carrots
1/4 c. sliced onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Place all ingredients in covered saucepan (or frying pan) and cook over very low heat.
Shake once in a while to keep from burning.
