Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. broccoli flowerets
    1/2 c. golden raisins
    8 oz. bacon, crisp-fried and crumbled
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 red onion, sliced into rings
Preparation
    Combine broccoli, raisins and bacon in large bowl; mix well. Mix sweetened condensed milk, vinegar, mustard, egg, salt and pepper in bowl.
    Add desired amount of dressing to broccoli mixture; toss well.
    Top salad with onion rings.
    Chill for several hours to several days.
    May store dressing in refrigerator for several days.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
