Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar.
Combine eggs, oil and strawberries.
Make a well in the center of dry ingredients.
Pour in liquid ingredients and stir only until dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in pecans; spoon into two greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
