Hobo Stew(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground turkey, browned
1 c. chopped onions
1 lb. diced potatoes
16 oz. tomatoes, crushed
1 can corn (juice and all)
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1 lb. carrots, sliced
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
6 c. water
Preparation

Combine and simmer for 1 hour until vegetables are cooked. Serve with Parmesan cheese, bread and butter.
