Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. scalded milk
Preparation

Beat the eggs together with the sugar.
Mix this with the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into a pie pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
