Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
    Add onion and rice. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken.
    Place chicken and pour soups over chicken.
    Add water and bake, covered with foil, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown chicken.
