Portobello Mushroom, Tomato And Basil Sandwich(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. olive oil
    12 oz. portobello mushrooms, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 garlic clove, minced
    8 tomatoes, sliced
    12 basil leaves
    salt
    pepper
    1 loaf French bread
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and saut until brown and juicy, about 10 minutes.
