Cranberry Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

2 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. margarine or butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon concentrate juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, 3/4 cup sugar and margarine; mix until crumbly.
Reserving 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture, press remainder on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in milk until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice; spread evenly over prepared crust.
Combine remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and cornstarch; stir in cranberry sauce.
Spoon evenly over cheese layer; top with crumb mixture.
Bake an additional 40 minutes.
Cool and chill.
