Spinach And Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen cream spinach, thawed
1 c. artichoke hearts, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 clove minced garlic
4 oz. soft cream cheese
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. Swiss cheese
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. Tony Chachere
1/2 tsp. thyme
grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation

Shred cheeses.
Saute onions and butter.
Mix with other ingredients except grated Parmesan cheese and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Top with Parmesan and brown using broiler.
Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream and salsa.
