Salmon Fillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. salmon per person
Preparation
    Coat fish on both sides with olive oil.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Squeeze on 1/2 to 1 lemon.
    Top with slices of garlic and lemon.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
