Bacon And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 tomatoes (2 cans)
    2 onions, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    8 slices bacon
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 slice toast
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook
    bacon;
    drain
    off
    some grease.
    Saute onion and pepper in the rest for about 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes (chopped up), brown sugar, salt, pepper and seasoned pepper.
    Pour into casserole; break bacon up into it and put toasted bread crumbs on top.
    Dot with
    butter.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for
    30
    minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
