Potato-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. sliced potato
1/2 lb. cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage.
Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
In large casserole dish, layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage.
Repeat layers, ending with sausage.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
Sprinkle with cheese; heat until cheese melts.
