Joe'S Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    catfish fillets
    1 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place catfish fillets in casserole-type dish and pour lemon juice over fish.
    Leave for one hour.
    Place fillets on charcoal grill and baste with melted margarine.
    Cook for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on grill temperature).
    After turning fillets, baste again and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
