Easy Cheesy Vegetable Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large bag California blend vegetables
    4 to 6 oz. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
    1 1/2 sleeves Ritz crackers (crumbled)
    1 stick melted margarine or butter
Preparation
    Put 1/2 of precooked, drained vegetables in a layer on the bottom of a large casserole.
    Put 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of crackers in next layer.
    Then layer the rest of vegetables.
    On top, spread rest of cheese, crackers and melted butter.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
