Cream Cheese Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    green chilies, chopped
    garlic powder
    small, tender green onions, chopped
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Let first 5 ingredients chill in refrigerator overnight. Spread on room temperature tortillas.
    Roll up and cut.
    Hold in place with toothpicks.
    Serve with picante sauce or salsa.
