Periogies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. water or more
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Roll dough in a large circle.
    Cut into big squares.
    Fill the dough with the potato or cheese filling. Squeeze ends tight and place in boiling water until they float. Rinse in cold water.
    Drain well, then pan fry in butter.
    Serves 4 to 6.
