Sweet And Sour Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (14 oz.) can Chinese vegetables
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    2 c. hot water
    1/4 c. celery
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions on box; set aside.
    Brown ground beef in 12-inch skillet; drain.
    Mix all ingredients, except rice, in beef.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Pour over cooked rice; mix well.
