Sausage Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie shell
    1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain. Line pie shell with Mozzarella cheese. Crumble sausage over cheese. Cover sausage with Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs and milk. Pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
