Heavenly Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 banana
    2 peeled apples, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. low-fat granola with raisins
    nonfat vanilla or plain yogurt
    slices of fresh papaya or mangoes and dried cherries or cranberries (optional)
Preparation
    Spray a saute pan with nonstick cooking spray lightly.
    Brown banana; add orange juice, apples and optional fruit.
    Continue cooking on medium heat until apples are softened and orange juice is reduced.
    Spoon over yogurt and sprinkle with granola.
