Chicken Pie With Sweet Potato Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    2 green peppers, thinly sliced
    1 (No. 2) can small onions, drained (save juice)
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put a layer of chicken in 2-quart baking dish, a layer of green pepper and then a layer of onions.
    Sprinkle with parsley. Repeat until all vegetables are used.
