Easy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    46 oz. can tomato juice
    15 oz. can chili beans
    15 oz. can red kidney beans
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
    chopped tomato (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in a large pan.
    Do not drain grease.
    Add tomato juice, beans, chili seasoning and tomato.
    Let simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
    If you prefer a thicker chili, add a small can of tomato paste.
