Hot Chicken (Or Turkey) Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. blanched almonds
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 stick (1/4 c.) melted margarine
1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Combine all but last 3 ingredients.
Place in buttered, 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Top with cheese slices.
Combine margarine and crumbs; sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
