Bert'S Fudge Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. Kraft caramels
    1 1/2 stick oleo, melted
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Melt caramels with 1/3 cup milk (in double boiler or microwave); set aside.
