Blueberry Cake Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1\\2 C. Oil
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 1\\2 C. Flour
3 1\\2 tsp. Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 pkg. Frozen Wild Maine Blueberries
1 C. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Cream oil, sugar and eggs until light.
In seperate bowl, sift flour baking powder, and salt.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk and vanilla to the egg mixture.
Add blueberries.
Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 min. until brown.
Sugar may be sprinkled on top.
