Brisket Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    pepper to taste
    dry mustard to taste
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    6 to 8 lb. brisket
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour over both sides of brisket that has been placed in a large plastic bag.
    Close bag tightly and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Cook as desired.
    Recommended:
    cook for 4 hours in a 300\u00b0 oven.
