Ricotta Mix For Giant Shells Or Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    3 oz. shredded Romano cheese
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    garlic
    1 lb. shells or manicotti
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients well.
    Cook 1 pound of the shells or manicotti in boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Pasta must be on the hard side.
    Drain and run cold water on it.
    Pour some of your favorite spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish.
    Use a spoon or pastry bag to fill each shell or manicotti with cheese mixture. Place side by side in baking dish.
    Pour spaghetti sauce over (as much as desired).
    Sprinkle with Romano cheese.
    Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes.
