Ground Deer Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    deer meat
    1 lb. ground turkey meat
    1/2 tsp. chopped or dried onion
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    3 big splashes soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried bell pepper or equivalent fresh
    1 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Put deer meat in a steel mixing bowl or glass and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and make into patties.
    Roll patties in ground cracker crumbs.
    Can place on wax paper and store in refrigerator until ready to cook.
    Fry in electric skillet at 350\u00b0 until lightly brown and done.
