Red Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium or 10 small red potatoes
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. salad oil (safflower or corn)
    2 Tbsp. dried chives
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes, leaving part of skin intact.
    Cut in wedges. Mix all ingredients and place in plastic sealed bag; let set at least an hour.
    Spray casserole dish (2-quart) with nonstick cooking spray.
    Place all ingredients in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
