Tex-Mex Tamale Skillet(Prep Time: 30 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) jar Old El Paso salsa or use Debra's canned salsa (it's better!!)
    1 (11 oz.) can Green Giant Mexicorn corn with red/green peppers
    4 (6-inch) tortillas, halved and cut into 1/2-inch strips
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded hot pepper Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet over medium-high heat. Drain. Add salsa, corn and tortilla strips; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro.
