Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. canned pumpkin
    2 tsp. pumpkin spice (optional)
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes; add remaining ingredients.
    Spread in well-greased cookie sheet and sprinkle 3/4 cup nuts on top.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Turn out on a towel well dusted with powdered sugar.
    Roll as for a jelly roll.
    Wait 5 minutes and unroll and spread with filling.
