Nut And Poppy Seed Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. lard
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 lb. butter or margarine
    12 whole eggs
    1 cake yeast
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and set aside.
    Sift flour, sugar and salt into a bowl.
    Cut in shortening and gradually add well beaten eggs.
    Blend then gradually add the dissolved yeast and once again blend thoroughly.
    Place in the refrigerator overnight. Next day, divide dough into 7 or 8 parts.
    Roll out each part on floured board and spread with nut or poppy seed mixture and roll. Place on greased baking sheet and let stand for 1/2 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
