Happy Pumpkin Bread(24 Slices; A Low Sugar Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. frozen unsweetened orange juice
    1/3 c. water
    1 large, very ripe banana, mashed until syrupy
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. grated nutmeg
    3 egg whites
    1/2 ripe banana, mashed until syrupy
    1/2 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place pumpkin, frozen fruit juice concentrate, water, whole mashed banana and vanilla in a mixing bowl and blend well.
    Sift together flours, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and nutmeg.
