Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cubed zucchini
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Steam onion and zucchini for 5 minutes.
    Melt butter; mix with stuffing.
    Add sour cream and undiluted soup to zucchini and onion.
    Put half of the stuffing in a baking dish.
    add the zucchini and layer the remaining dressing on top.
    Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
