Moist Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. pecans
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add flour; beat well, then add nuts, pineapple, coconut and flavoring.
    Grease tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour at about 350\u00b0.
