Glazed Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, sliced
1/2 c. lightly packed light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. red wine
Preparation

Place bacon in large baking pan and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until crisp.
Mix brown sugar, mustard and wine thoroughly.
Pour over bacon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles, making sure the bacon glaze is covering both sides, approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from pan to wax paper or foil.
Cut bacon in half, if desired.
Do not refrigerate, but let stand at room temperature until ready to serve.
Should be dry, not sticky.
