Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 can chicken mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 bag Doritos chips
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 can cheese soup
    salt
    poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Boil chicken and season with salt and poultry seasoning.
    Tear chicken from bone.
    Place chips in casserole dish.
    Leave enough for top.
    Place chicken on chips.
    Mix soup, tomatoes and onions together and pour over chicken.
    Pour grated cheese over soup mixture and add crushed chips over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
