Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 onion, chopped
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Cook hamburger in butter until brown. Drain grease.
    Return to pan and add salt, pepper, garlic and tomato paste.
    Simmer for 1 minute.
    Add sour cream and cottage cheese.
    Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
