Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
4 large eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Spray casserole pan.
Layer bread.
Brown and drain sausage. Put on top of bread.
Layer cheese.
Beat eggs and mix with mustard, soup, salt and milk.
Pour over cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
