Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen petite peas (do not thaw)
    1 small can lightly salted cashews, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. coarse grated Parmesan cheese (in bag in dairy case)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Put the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Mix the sugar and mayonnaise together. Stir this into the pea mixture. Mix well. Top with Parmesan cheese and refrigerate about 2 hours before serving.
