Self Crust Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large or 3 medium eggs
    2 c. canned or cooked pumpkin
    1 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    2/3 c. brown or white sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    4 1/4 c. whole wheat or enriched plain flour
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except water together in a large bowl. Stir in water gradually until well mixed.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from center comes out clean.
    Makes 8 servings.
    Contains 150 calories per serving.
