Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    2 soup cans Minute rice
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large bag Doritos chips
    1 qt. chicken broth
Preparation
    Stew chicken.
    Debone chicken and chop in small chunks.
    Add soups, Ro-Tel and rice to broth.
    Bring to a boil.
