Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 whole chicken, cut-up
    2 c. water
    2 c. cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Melt margarine and pour into large, shallow Pyrex dish.
    Stir into margarine uncooked rice.
    Stir until even and all rice is moistened.
    Place uncooked chicken parts on top of rice (salt and pepper chicken).
    Cover with mixture of water and cream of mushroom soup.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
