German Sweet Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. sweet chocolate
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over low heat.
    Cool.
    Sift flour with salt. Dissolve soda in buttermilk.
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar and continue beating until well blended and fluffy.
    Blend chocolate; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add vanilla. Add flour alternately with buttermilk mixture, mixing well.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 30 minutes.
    Cool and frost.
