Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. egg substitute
    1 1/2 c. yellow meal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. grated low-fat Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 can chili peppers, drained and chopped
    1 can cream-style corn
    3 slices crisp turkey bacon, crumbled
    1 tsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
    Pour half batter in hot greased skillet; sprinkle grated cheese over batter.
    Pour in remaining batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until done, approximately 30 minutes.
