Hot Or Cold Chicken 'N Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. Weight Watchers mayonnaise
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. basil leaves
12 oz. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
6 oz. corkscrew pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (low calorie ones), cooked, drained and cooled
Preparation

In
large
bowl, mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, cheese and basil. Mix
in chicken, pasta and vegetables.
Chill at least one hour before serving.
