Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 medium fryer, cut up
 
seasoned to taste
flour (to coat)
Preparation
- 
                            Spray foiled lined pan or baking dish with vegetable spray. Place floured small pieces, skin down in center of dish.
 
Larger (floured) pieces outside.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake about 1 hour, turning about halfway through baking time with tongs.
Bake at 350\u00b0, longer cooking time for larger fryer.
