Polish Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
16 oz. drained sauerkraut (Bavarian style)
2 handfuls egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 Tbsp. milk
shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef with chopped onion.
Drain well.
Layer 1/2 in casserole dish.
Top with drained sauerkraut.
Top with other half of meat and onion.
Sprinkle egg noodles on top (uncooked). Combine soups and milk and spread over mixture.
Cover and cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
Uncover.
Sprinkle with 1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded cheese and cook for another 1/2 hour.
